Project manager We, TVSE, are looking for a highly qualified project manager to help us maintain our position as an innovative engineering company. The ideal candidate will have NPD/NPI experience and strong skills in developing project plans for multiple consumer products. The project manager will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels, ensuring that our goal of innovation is being achieved. Objectives of this role Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment of a Product Life Cycle, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation Work closely with the cross functional team (CFT) to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, quality and budget Analyse project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met Establish and maintain relationships with relevant stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes Responsibilities Establish and improve estimation methods to arrive the optimum resources for a given project. Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan Required skills and experience 5+ years of experience including 3 years of project management experience Experience in developing/managing consumer electronics projects using waterfall or agile methods Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines Proven success working with all levels of management Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent presentation skills Preferred qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical Engineering Professional certification such as PMP Good working knowledge in MS Project , JIRA and MS Office Products Responsibilities Set project timeline Monitor project deliverables Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Strong business acumen in project planning and management Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
