About the Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CRM Administrator to join our growing team. As a CRM Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's CRM system, ensuring data accuracy, optimizing workflows, and supporting users across the organization. This role requires a strong understanding of CRM systems, excellent analytical skills, and a commitment to data quality and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the CRM system.

- Configure and customize CRM settings, workflows, and dashboards to meet business requirements.

- Implement data validation rules and workflows to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

- Perform data cleansing and deduplication activities to maintain data quality.

- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.

- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues with the CRM system.

- Import and export data from various sources into the CRM system.

- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, identify areas for improvement, and generate reports.

- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Ensure data integrity and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

- Provide training and support to users on CRM system functionality and best practices.

- Create and maintain user documentation and training materials.

- Respond to user inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

- Integrate the CRM system with other business applications (e.g., marketing automation, email marketing platforms).

- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.

- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize CRM usage and data quality.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest CRM best practices and industry trends.

Qualifications :

Essential :

- Proficiency in a major CRM system e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and identify trends.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
