Position - AVP/Sr Manager - Compliance

Location - Delhi / Mumbai

Reporting - Head - Compliance


Our client is a young, dynamic, visionary company in the Indian credit markets. A leading digital lending player and well diversified in 4 main businesses: Corporate Lending Real Estate (RE)/Non RE, Consumer Finance (purely into digital lending with a channel partnership model), Affordable Housing and 2 Alternative Investment Funds.


This role will lead the CS & Compliance of the Alternate Investment Funds.

Drive overall compliances of Alternative Investment Fund and its related Special Purpose Vehicles for smooth functioning of the entities and their stakeholders; ensure that there isn’t any non-compliances w.r.t. regulations laid down under the statutory provisions.


PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Reviewing Regulatory Matters- Review of Returns/Policies/Documents/Agreements

2. Stakeholder Management- Working with Regulators/Internal teams/Board/Investors

3. Developing Compliance Controls- Establish Processes, Defining Risk Management Limits and Framework, No levy of Penalties

4. Establishing and Implementing Policies and Procedures


Who We need .


Must be a qualified Company Secretary

Must have experience in compliance of AIFs or Merchant Banking

Work experience of 5-10 years
