Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute brand strategies: Collaborate with clients to understand their objectives, target audience, and competitive landscape. Develop comprehensive brand strategies that align with clients' goals and leverage their capabilities.
  • Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact. Proactively identify client needs, present innovative solutions, and negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.
  • Identify new business opportunities: Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, and emerging technologies. Identify new business opportunities, develop pitch presentations, and collaborate with the sales team to secure new clients and partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, creative, and production, to ensure seamless execution of brand solutions. Coordinate efforts, provide strategic guidance, and ensure the delivery of exceptional client experiences.
  • Drive revenue growth: Meet or exceed revenue targets by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to maximize profitability while maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Monitor campaign performance: Track and analyze key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of brand solutions. Provide regular reports to clients, highlighting campaign results, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends: Continuously monitor the media industry, including advertising trends, consumer behaviour, and technological advancements. Incorporate relevant insights into brand strategies and stay ahead of the competition.


Skills:

  • Proven experience in brand management, advertising, or media sales, preferably in a leadership role within a media house or advertising agency.
  • Strong knowledge of media industry trends, digital marketing, and brand development strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in using industry-standard software and tools.
