Job Title: Functional & Automation Testing (Leapwork Specialist)

Location: PAN India

Experience Required: 3-5 Years

Primary Skill: Leapwork Automation Tool (Mandatory)

Summary:

We are seeking a Testing professional with strong expertise in Leapwork automation, alongside solid experience in functional and automation testing. The ideal candidate will lead testing efforts in an Agile environment, ensuring high-quality delivery through robust test strategies and automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead automation initiatives using Leapwork as the primary tool for test automation.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium with C#, following BDD standards and Page Object Model.
  • Execute and manage regression test suites covering both manual and automated testing.
  • Perform cross-browser and mobile testing, ensuring compatibility and performance.
  • Set up and manage test environments and test data, including file-based input for complex scenarios.
  • Create and execute acceptance tests aligned with defined acceptance criteria, using BlackBox and WhiteBox testing methods.
  • Ensure all requirements meet the Definition of Done as agreed by the Scrum Team.
  • Document and verify test results using appropriate test management tools.
  • Report testing progress, issues, and risks in a timely manner, escalating when necessary.
  • Manage and track defects, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
  • Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and Release Planning meetings.
  • Support delivery teams with domain knowledge and automated testing expertise.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Continuously develop and maintain skills in test automation tools, especially Leapwork.

  • Primary Tool: Leapwork
  • Automation Tools: Selenium with C#
  • Frameworks: BDD (SpecFlow/Cucumber), Page Object Model
  • CI/CD: Azure DevOps, Visual Studio
  • Middleware Testing: Microsoft Azure Service Bus, REST APIs
  • Testing Techniques: Agile Testing, Regression, Acceptance, BlackBox, WhiteBox
  • Test Management: [Specify tools like JIRA, TestRail, etc.]
  • Cross-Platform Testing: Web, Mobile, Cross-browser

Soft Skills & Agile Practices:

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.

  • Ability to mentor junior testers and lead testing efforts across teams.
