Description : Work as an SSE for GW ClaimCenter Configuration and GW Integrations. You'll have the opportunity to showcase your talents by contributing to impactful projects.Responsibilities : - Serve as a technical lead contributing to and directing the efforts of development teams, including internal and external team members.- Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components anywhere in the software stack.- Determine root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions.- Remain current on new technologies, evaluate, and make recommendations as necessary.- Assist in task planning, estimation, scheduling.- Mentor Software Engineers and help them enhance theyre for skill/knowledge development through advice, coaching, and training opportunities.- Determine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processes.- Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams and management.- Write, modify, and debug software for client applications.- Remain cool and effective in a crisis.- Stay on the leading edge of development practices.Requirements : - Guidewire ClaimCenter configuration and Guidewire Integrations experience of a minimum 4 years as a developer- Good understanding of claims FNOL and claim handling process.- Good understanding of third party/ vendor integrations.- Good understanding of GW cloud concepts- Must have good communication skills.- Experience in Agile Scrum methodology.- Should have worked in the Global Delivery Model.- Experience in Data models.- Experience working with a scrum team.Good To Have : with these additional skills on their resumes have an added advantage when their profiles are being assessed. Some of them are as follows : - Knowledge in Agile Manager or related Agile Scrum tools.- Guidewire Certification in ClaimCenter.- Experience on Guidewire Cloud Console- Experience in Integration Gateway.
