Job Title:Account Executive – Client Servicing Location:Mumbai Experience:1–3 years Type:Full-timeRole Overview We are looking for an enthusiasticAccount Executivewho is passionate about healthcare marketing and eager to grow in the healthcare communications domain. You will support day-to-day client management, ensure smooth coordination with internal teams, and help drive high-quality campaign execution for some of the top healthcare brands. Key Responsibilities Act as a point of contact between the client and internal teams (creative, medical, strategy, operations). Assist in managing end-to-end project delivery — from briefing to execution to final delivery. Understand client needs, brand guidelines, and medical/healthcare communication requirements. Support senior account managers in preparing decks, status reports, and timelines. Coordinate internal workflows and ensure that deadlines and quality standards are met. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and help develop strategic and creative solutions for clients. Maintain documentation, track deliverables, and ensure timely approvals. Build strong working relationships with clients through responsiveness and clear communication.Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of experience inclient servicing ,account management , ormarketingwithin healthcare advertising, pharma marketing, or communication agencies. Strong interest in healthcare, wellness, and science-driven marketing. Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship-management skills. Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic understanding of brand communication, campaign development, and agency processes.
