Key Responsibilities-Planning:Leading plant operations and team to deliver desired production output seamlessly on a regular basis to achieve and exceed objectives, KPIs, and expectationsEnsuring focus on Quality. Improve and Establish sustainable Quality processesCollaborating with other functional Heads to ensure Inventory, Quality, Sales Revenue and Cost Objectives are well supported and metSupporting the team for new product developmentCost of production:Meeting material usage, manpower usage, inventory costs, personnel costs and overhead budgetsQuality:Ensuring all the prescribed permits and quality standards are maintained on the raw materials, packing materials, products, and plantMaterial procurement and management:Ensuring maintenance of material supplies is without any loss of production. Inventories to be maintained as per the budgetIndustrial relations:Maintaining peace and good industrial relations for uninterrupted production.Conducting periodic reviews with department heads at the plant. Conducting gap analysis and improving the processes wherever necessaryFinalizing and implementing the long-term settlement planLegal and statutory compliance:Ensuring the management and statutory compliance of unit-related regulatory issues in terms of Excise, Provident Fund, Pollution Control Board and other relevant authoritiesPeople Performance & Development:Identifying and developing young talent for future leadership and succession planImplementing the feedback & review process throughout the plant and deciding the departmental KRAsProviding technical suggestions on improving productivity, reducing rejections defects/scrap and improving costs etc. at the shop floorProviding training and development programs whenever required in order to enhance the ability of the workersEfficiency parameters:Managing efficiency parameters in capacity utilizationEnsuring reduction in wastage.

Remarks-Exposure to handling Profit & Loss for Plants is a must.Exposure to Stamping (Press Shop) & Assembly Line is necessary.Please look for stable candidate
