Key Responsibilities (KRA):

- Manage the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management, and exits.

- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and frameworks to ensure smooth people operations.

- Lead employee engagement initiatives and conduct barometer measurement exercises to monitor workplace satisfaction.


- Foster alumni relationships to build long-term employer brand value.

- Drive people development programs, training, and career growth initiatives.

- Partner with leadership to identify talent needs and workforce planning strategies.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards.

- Promote a positive organizational culture focused on collaboration, inclusion, and employee

well-being.

- Take ownership of HR projects and ensure their timely completion.

Core Skills & Requirements:

- 4-6 years of proven experience in HR management, preferably in consulting or AI-driven organizations.

- Post-graduation degree in Humanities, HR, or related field.

- Strong knowledge of end-to-end HR processes and best practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve conflicts effectively.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

- High ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives to completion.
