Utilizing both traditional and modern data stacks, this position is suited for individuals who are passionate about creating innovative analytics solutions that drive strategic business outcomes and enable data-driven insights. You will develop a team of data engineers focused on delivering custom, scalable data solutions to clients and ensuring high standards of data quality and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in a consulting environment.What You'll Bring :- 6-8 years of data engineering experience in programming and building large scale data/analytics solutions operating in production environments- Proven experience in managing multiple, complex data engineering projects simultaneously.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex, ambiguous situations.- Exceptional project management skills, with experience in Agile methodologies.- A client-service mindset and a desire to take on tough and challenging projects- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work effectively with minimal supervision- Ability to work effectively across functions and levels; comfort collaborating with teammates in a virtual environmentExperience in Technologies :- Data analytics tools : SQL, Python, Snowflake- Data Engineering tools : SSIS, Matillion, dbT- CDC tools : Fivetran, STRIIM- Data visualization tools : Tableau, Power BI- Cloud platform : AWS, Azure- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and DevOps practices.Qualifications : - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines- Certifications in any analytics/visualization tools or cloud platforms (e.g. Snowflake, Snowpro, AWS Data Analytics Specialty, Azure Data Engineer / Analyst) are a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
