We pair research-first writing with cinematic craft, and we’re preparing our originals for wider distribution, including OTT.The Role: We’re hiring theMain Graphic Designerfor Swarna Bharat TV—someone whoowns our brand system end-to-endand also hasstrong YouTube thumbnail craft . You’ll define per-show visual identities (colors, type, layout grids), translate story hooks into clear, mobile-first visuals, and ship clean, reusable templates that speed up the team across YouTube and social.What you’ll do: 1) Brand & Systems (Primary) Build and maintainper-show brand kitsin PSD/Figma (color tokens, typography, grids, icons). Create on-brandchannel banners , lower-thirds, end-cards, event posters, and partner one-pagers. Designpresentation decks/PPTswith slide masters and consistent visual language. Keep assets organized (layer naming, smart objects, export presets, licensed fonts/stock).2) Thumbnails (Critical Skill) Designhigh-impact YouTube thumbnails(with A/B variants) for 7 weekly shows. Turn hooks into simple, subject-led compositions; optimize crop/contrast/scale for mobile. Iterate from performance signals (CTR, watch behavior) with quick, focused tweaks.3) Social & Adaptations Adapt designs forInstagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Community tab ; create Shorts covers/story tiles. Build lightweighttemplatesso editors and SMM can generate platform variants fast.4) Collaboration & Rituals Partner with writers/editors to convert beats into visuals; present options with a short rationale. Join our weekly rhythm:Mon Content Room ,Wed Edit + Thumbnail Board ,Fri Analytics One-Change .Must-haves 3–6 yearsof graphic design withYouTube/mobile-firstwork in portfolio. ExpertPhotoshop(cut-outs, depth/lighting, blend-ifs, dodge/burn, smart objects) andFigma . Strongtypography and brand systemssense; can set themes/colors across multiple shows. Portfolio that includesthumbnailsand at least onebrand/template system(banners or decks). Speed under deadlines; clean files; disciplined licensing/versioning.Nice-to-haves BasicAfter Effectsfor subtle still animations. Experience iterating fromCTR/retentioninsights.
