We are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels. You'll play a key role in driving brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and conversions through effective online marketing strategies.Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, social media, email, and SEO- Monitor and optimize paid media (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) for performance and ROI- Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings- Manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and grow online presence- Create and send email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and lead nurturing workflows- Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, GA4, and other tools- Prepare regular reports on KPIs and recommend improvements- Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms- Proficiency in SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.) and Google Analytics / GA4- Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or ActiveCampaign)- Solid understanding of social media platforms and digital content strategies- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Excellent communication and project management skills- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (ref:iimjobs.com)
