Jindal World School, Sakti is looking for a Special Educator who will also take on responsibilities as a Primary Teacher. The ideal candidate should be competent in supporting students with diverse learning needs and equally capable of teaching core subjects at the primary level with strong pedagogical clarity.ResponsibilitiesAs Special Educator:- Identify students requiring academic or behavioural support through screenings and observations. - Design and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for children with learning needs. - Provide one-on-one or small-group remedial sessions. - Collaborate with teachers to modify instructional strategies for inclusive learning. - Maintain documentation, student progress reports, and parent communication as per CBSE norms.As Primary Teacher:- Teach core subjects to students in Primary Grades (Classes 1–5) following the CBSE curriculum. - Create engaging, activity-based lesson plans focusing on foundational skills and conceptual clarity. - Foster a positive and child-friendly learning environment. - Prepare worksheets, conduct assessments, and track student progress. - Ensure strong classroom management and support students’ holistic development.Qualifications- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Special Education or an equivalent RCI-recognized qualification (RCI registration mandatory). - Additional degree in B.Ed.
