We're seeking a seasoned Adobe Commerce Delivery Manager to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for building and guiding top-notch software development teams, driving the end-to-end development of high-quality enterprise-grade software, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Responsibilities :

Team Leadership & Development :

- Build and manage multiple high-performance software development teams focused on Adobe Commerce projects.

- Cultivate a collaborative and results-oriented environment that empowers developers to excel.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to help developers reach their full potential.

- Handle people-related issues within the team effectively.

Project Management & Delivery :

- Collaborate across teams to prioritize, plan, and execute successful application releases for Adobe Commerce projects.

- Ensure efficient end-to-end software development, from design and architecture to implementation and deployment.

- Drive a metrics-driven approach to track progress, identify areas for improvement, and foster continuous learning.

- Work closely with onshore and offshore stakeholders to maintain seamless project delivery.

Technical Expertise & Problem-Solving :

- Actively engage in hands-on design, architecture, and selection of tools and methods with software engineers and architects.

- Possess a deep understanding of Adobe Commerce (AC)/Magento and relevant Adobe technologies.

- Utilize your expertise to diagnose, debug, and analyze production issues related to Adobe Commerce projects.

Technical Skills & Knowledge :

- Proven experience developing and maintaining enterprise systems built around Adobe Commerce (AC)/Magento (10+ years).

- Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel Framework, CMS tools, Javascript, and GraphQL.

- In-depth understanding of RESTful APIs, database structures, and caching techniques.

- Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools like GitLab, Rally/Jira, and Jenkins.

Communication & Collaboration :

- Possess exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and clients.

Qualifications :

- Engineering degree (or equivalent experience) with 14+ years of overall software development experience.

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience leading and managing a team of 10-12 developers
