The ideal candidate will combine strong technical depth with proven leadership experience to define the technology roadmap, guide architecture decisions, and foster a high-performing engineering culture. Key Responsibilities: Lead one or moreengineering teamsto deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable products. Define and execute thetechnical vision and roadmap , ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Providetechnical guidance and architectural directionacross teams and projects. Fosterengineering best practicesaround code quality, reviews, testing, and deployment. Mentor, coach, and review the performance of engineers to build strong, motivated teams. Collaborate closely withproduct management, design, infrastructure, and business stakeholdersfor effective delivery. Driveinnovation and continuous improvementin engineering processes and tools. Cultivate aculture of accountability, learning, and collaborationwithin the team. Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience insoftware development or engineering leadershiproles. Proven experiencemanaging engineering teamsand delivering successful, high-impact projects. Strongtechnical foundationwith hands-on understanding of software design, architecture, and systems. Broaddomain knowledgeacross modern technologies, frameworks, and tools. Excellentleadership, communication, and stakeholder managementskills. Ability to thinkstrategically and act decisivelyin dynamic environments. Strong track record inmentoring ,team building , anddriving technical excellence . Nice to Have: Experience leadingcross-functional or geographically distributed teams . Exposure tocloud-native, microservices, or platform engineeringenvironments. Demonstrated ability toscale teams and processesin high-growth organizations.
