Job Title : Mobile Application DeveloperLocation : Bangalore (Initially based out of Kochi until Bangalore office setup)Experience : 2 to 12 YearsEmployment Type : Full-TimeAbout the Role :We are seeking a skilled Mobile Application Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining modern mobile applications using Flutter. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and user-centric mobile solutions for both Android and iOS platforms.Key Responsibilities (KRAs) :- Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter for Android and iOS.- Develop and implement UI components and screens aligned with design guidelines and performance standards.- Integrate backend APIs, authentication services, and third-party SDKs seamlessly.- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend teams to ensure a consistent user experience.- Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and deployment activities.- Maintain clean, reusable, and modular code following best practices.- Ensure timely releases, support QA activities, and resolve production issues.- Stay updated with emerging mobile development trends, frameworks, and tools.Required Skillsets :- Proficiency in Flutter, Dart, and REST API integration.- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, navigation patterns, and responsive UI design.- Experience with Git or other version control systems.- Good understanding of app lifecycle management and cross-platform development.- Exposure to state management tools such as Bloc or Provider.- Familiarity with Firebase, GraphQL, OAuth2/JWT authentication, and analytics integration.- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, app packaging, and deployment processes.Preferred Background :- Experience in modular or multi-journey app development.- Prior experience in financial services, e-commerce, or tech startup environments.- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical Excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
