Key responsibilities include managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, maintaining a tidy reception area, handling mail, and providing support to staff and management across various industries. The role requires strong customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills to manage inquiries effectively and maintain operational efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities

Visitor Management: Greet visitors, sign them in, provide access cards, and direct them to the appropriate person or department. 

Phone and Communication: Answer multi-line phone systems, screen calls, take messages, and redirect inquiries to the correct staff members. 

Administrative Support: Manage mail and deliveries, sort and distribute correspondence, and perform general office duties like filing, printing, and data entry. 

Scheduling: Schedule appointments and meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate conference room bookings. 

Office Maintenance: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming, ensuring it reflects a professional image for the company. 

Supply Management: Monitor and reorder office supplies as needed. 

Support Other Departments: Assist HR with scheduling interviews or onboarding, and provide support to other teams with administrative tasks.
