Role : Java Developer

Education Qualification : BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MCA.

Location : Bangalore, Pune.

Timing & work Days : 10am to 7pm (Monday to Friday).

Experience : 5 To 9 Years.

About the Role :


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore or Pune. You will play a key role in leading a team of developers and building innovative applications, mobile websites, and RIA (Rich Internet Applications) using the latest Java technologies and open-source :


- Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.


- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.


- Analyze and translate business requirements into well-designed, modular, and maintainable Java applications.


- Develop, build, and maintain custom interfaces, middleware components, and widgets using Java, J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and other relevant technologies.


- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues effectively.


- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Java and related open-source technologies.


- Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed throughout the development :


- 5-9 years of experience as a Java Developer with a strong foundation in object-oriented programming principles.


- Expert knowledge of J2EE, Spring Framework, and Hibernate framework.


- Experience with open-source technologies and frameworks is a plus.


- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.


- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.


- Ability to take initiative, work independently, and be resourceful.


- Passion for building high-quality, user-friendly software.


- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (BE, B.Tech, ME, M.Tech, MCA).
