As we continue to expand, we are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Art Faculty member to join our team.

Job Description:

As an Art Faculty member at Kalaneri Academy of Fine Arts, you will have the opportunity to inspire and guide students in their artistic journey. You will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students of different age groups, focusing on mediums such as Charcoal, Watercolour, Pastels, Acrylic, and Oil. Your expertise in sketching, live sketching, composition, speed drawing, and portraits will be instrumental in fostering creativity and helping students hone their artistic techniques.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct art classes and workshops, delivering engaging and comprehensive lessons in various mediums.

- Provide guidance and constructive feedback to students to help them improve their artistic skills.

- Plan and execute lessons that incorporate a range of artistic techniques and concepts.

- Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.

- Assist in the development and evaluation of curriculum and learning materials.

- Organize and participate in art exhibitions and events to showcase students' work.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the art field.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts (required) and Masters in Fine Arts (Drawing and Painting) (preferable) from a recognized and renowned College/University.

- Demonstrated passion for teaching students of diverse age groups.

- Proficiency in various mediums, including Charcoal, Watercolour, Pastels, Acrylic, and Oil.

- Expertise in sketching, live sketching, composition, speed drawing, and portraits.

- 2 to 3 years of teaching experience, preferably at an academy, school, college, or university.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong organizational abilities and the ability to create engaging lesson plans.

- A portfolio showcasing your original paintings and artwork.
