To achieve this, we are looking for an experienced Risk Manager with background in risk/digital fraud and vendor management/risk, to manage critical and high impact vendor investigations and decisions. - The ideal candidate should be passionate about using and understanding data to discover bad actor trends and helping us ensure that customers make great purchase decisions and that brand owners and sellers using Amazon are successful listing and selling their products. Each day is different as new behaviors and trends are constantly discovered. You will be making high judgement decisions and taking direct actions to stop bad actors on worldwide stores as early as possible. While taking direct actions you will need to share your observations and trends with partner teams to constantly improve detection mechanisms. You are on the front lines of protecting Amazon customers and stopping abuse in our stores.Internal job descriptionThis role will be focused on the detection and referral of 1p vendor accounts for enforcement for various labeled abuse MOs, including manipulating demand and our automated ordering systems.It will also involve extensive deep dives to discover new signals to label vendors and help identify additional vendors at scale, as well as constantly searching for opportunities to expand detection.It may also involve managing a vendor dormancy program that includes placing innactive vendor accounts into a dormant state to mitigate risk and monitoring appeals, results of identify verification, etc.Basic qualifications- 7+ years of program or project management experience- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements- Bachelor's degreePreferred qualifications- 7+ years of developing program strategies and plans, diving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field (ref:iimjobs.com)
