The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure quality delivery of Salesforce solutions across multiple modules and integrations.Key Responsibilities: Design and implementtest automation frameworksfor Salesforce applications usingTricentis Tosca . Identify, create, and maintain reusableTosca modulesfor Salesforce Lightning and Classic UIs. AutomateSalesforce end-to-end business workflows , including integrations with third-party systems (APIs, middleware). Collaborate with functional QA, developers, and business analysts to understand requirements and define test coverage. Execute automated regression and smoke test suites as part of CI/CD pipelines. Maintain and troubleshoot automation scripts for any UI or API-level changes. Prepare detailedtest documentation , results, and defect reports. Participate inAgile ceremonies(daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).Required Skills: 3+ yearsof experience intest automationwithTricentis Tosca . Strong understanding ofSalesforce platform(Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning components, Flows, etc.). Experience withTosca Salesforce Scanand handlingdynamic Salesforce elements . Knowledge ofTosca Commander ,Test Case Design ,Requirements , andExecution Lists . Familiarity withAPI automationusing Tosca or Postman. Understanding ofCI/CD tools(Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Git). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and collaboration abilities.Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce AdministratororPlatform App Buildercertification (added advantage). Exposure toSAP ,Workday , orweb applicationtesting. Knowledge ofSQLfor data validation. Experience working inAgile / DevOpsenvironments.
