Treasury Lead

Organization: A prominent fintech and India's leading NBFC

Industry: NBFC (Unsecured Business lendings)

Key Responsibilities:

-Lead cash, debt, and investment management to ensure liquidity and financial stability.

-Identify and onboard funding sources like PSU/private banks, NBFCs, AIFs, DFIs, and overseas investors.

-Structure funding deals with the optimal cost of funds (COF).

-Manage portfolio reporting and ensure loan covenant compliance.

-Work on portfolio securitization and alternative financing structures.

-Liaise with rating agencies and handle agreement structuring/negotiation.

-Oversee automation of treasury activities and maintain strong internal controls.

-Manage Asset-Liability Management (ALM) and prepare ALCO reports and board/investor presentations.

Qualifications and Experience:

-MBA (Finance) or CA with 8-15 years of experience in debt raising or commercial banking, preferably in NBFCs.

-Strong understanding of financial modelling and legal aspects of debt contracts.

-Proven relationship management skills.
