Machine Learning:1+ years of experience in implementingML modelsand algorithms. Statistics:Solid understanding ofstatistical conceptsapplied to data modeling. Databases:Hands-on experience withMongoDBandMySQL. Version Control:Practical experience withGit / Bitbucket. Project Management Tools:Exposure toJIRAorAsana.Good to Have (Preferred Skills): Natural Language Processing (NLP): Hands-on experience withZero-shot / Few-shot classification algorithms. Familiarity withTF-IDF, Word2Vec, BERTfor NLP-based tasks. Generative AI: Practical experience withOpenAI models (GPT series, etc.)andLLaMAfor Generative AI applications. Web Development & APIs: Exposure toFlaskand ability to build and deployREST APIs.Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and optimizeMachine Learning / AI modelsfor business use cases. Develop and fine-tuneNLP-based solutionsincluding text classification, embeddings, and semantic searches. Work withGenerative AI frameworksto build prototypes and deploy AI-driven solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into applications usingFlask & REST APIs. Manage workflows usingGit/Bitbucketand task tracking tools likeJIRA/Asana. Work withrelational & NoSQL databases (MySQL & MongoDB)for data preparation and model training.
