Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Admissions Counselor located in Mumbai. The Senior Admissions Counselor will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to admissions counseling, including interpersonal communication with prospective students, providing information about courses and programs, assisting with enrollment processes, and maintaining customer service standards. The Senior Admissions Counselor will also be involved in sales activities and providing education guidance on IT industry to students.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills

  • Customer Service skills

  • Sales skills

  • Experience in the education sector

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

  • Candidate should be preferably from the IT background.

  • Knowledge of the IT industry is a plus

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Experience in admissions counseling is preferred

  • Experience in selling IT courses


Years of Experience-0-4 years

Salary range-Rs 35,000 - Rs 50,000

Job location- Mumbai - Andheri/Borivali/Virar 

Basic qualification-Any UG/PG

Preferred Skills-Counselling, Excel, MS Office, MS Word
