Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory & Pricing Management: Analyze sales trends, stock aging, and days of cover (DOC) to maintain optimal inventory levels and competitive pricing.
  2. Business Planning: Assist in detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales planning.
  3. Performance Execution: Ensure key business metrics such as GMV, inventory health, and profitability targets are met.
  4. Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing teams to boost product visibility and align sales velocity with goals.
  5. Design Collaboration: Partner with design and marketplaces to create high-margin products.
  6. Trend Analysis: Monitor digital fashion trends and collaborate with partners to guide relevant product development.
  7. Merchandise Review: Conduct monthly reviews to assess product performance and draw insights for future designs.


Key Skills:

  • Strong data analysis skills
  • Experience in inventory planning and pricing
  • Familiarity with high-SKU environments, especially in beauty or fashion
