Ideal candidate should have 10+ years of SAP S/4 OTC Experience with at least 3 end to end Implementations experience . The role will focus on customer messaging, order management, logistics integrations (LSP), and system integrations—identifying process and technical gaps, and ensuring features are delivered in line with business expectations. A strong background in S/4HANA, O2C, B2B EDI integration is essential.The Business Analyst will work closely with the Product Owner and integration development team in an Agile way of working (WOW) to refine requirements, design solutions, test outcomes, and support successful feature deployments.Analysis & Gap IdentificationIdentify process and technical gaps (SSP) for new features, order management flows, customer messaging, and logistics (LSP) integrations.Assess and document impacts across O2C processes, system integrations, B2B EDI/CPI flows, and external customer/partner connectivity.Agile Delivery SupportActively participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.Support the Product Owner in business and technical requirement refinement.Requirements ManagementTranslate business requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, and functional mapping documentation for development teams.Collaborate with architects, developers, and logistics partners to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with system capabilities.Testing & Quality AssuranceDefine, execute, and report on System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with internal teams and external users, including LSP.Ensure outcomes align with business processes, order management, and operational expectations.Deployment & SupportSupport feature deployments by monitoring system performance, ensuring process adherence, and resolving issues.Act as a subject matter expert for order management, customer messaging, warehouse logistics (LSP), and B2B EDI integrations.Qualifications & SkillsProven experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.Strong knowledge of:S/4HANA functions (focus on Order-to-Cash).Order management and fulfillment processes.O2C processes, including logistics and distribution.Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) flows.Warehouse logistics integrations in combination with LSP.Skilled in process analysis, requirements gathering, and technical documentation.Hands-on experience with SIT and UAT, including coordination with external users and logistics partners.Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to engage business and technical stakeholders.Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Azure Devops., Jira).Inetersted can share your CVs to info@visionqual.com and sateesh.varma@visionqual.com
