This role demands deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to orchestrate cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative architectures.Key Responsibilities:- Solution Leadership: Own end-to-end architecture strategy for large-scale cloud and AI programs, including modernization, migration, and intelligent automation. - Cloud Strategy & Execution: Define and implement cloud-native architectures using AWS, Azure, GCP, and hybrid models. Lead cloud foundation setup, security guardrails, and cost optimization strategies. - AI Integration: Architect AI-infused solutions including GenAI, AIOps, Agentic AI, and predictive operations. Drive adoption of AI frameworks for business transformation. - Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders, engineering teams, and hyperscaler partners to align solutions with strategic goals and customer expectations. - Governance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, data privacy, and security protocols. Establish governance models for multi-cloud and AI deployments. - Innovation & Thought Leadership: Lead workshops, solution reviews, and GTM strategy sessions. Contribute to reusable templates, accelerators, and communities of practice. - Presales & Sales Support: Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical leadership during pre-sales engagements, including customer workshops and solution presentations. - RFP/RFI Response: Lead the solutioning and architecture design for customer RFPs and RFIs, ensuring alignment with business requirements and competitive positioning. - Proposal Development: Contribute to proposal creation, including solution narratives, architecture diagrams, and effort estimation. - Customer Engagements: Participate in customer discussions to understand needs and tailor cloud and AI solutions accordingly. - Deal Shaping: Support deal structuring and value articulation for cloud and AI-led transformation programs.Required Qualifications:- 15+ years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 5 years in cloud and AI domains. - Proven track record in leading enterprise-scale cloud migrations and AI transformations. - Expertise in AWS, Azure, GCP, and associated services (e.g., Lambda, GKE, OpenAI, SageMaker). - Strong understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, GenAI, agentic AI, and automation platforms. - Experience in regulated industries (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Government) preferred. - Certifications: AWS/Azure/GCP Architect Professional, TOGAF, or equivalent.Preferred Attributes:- Strategic mindset with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working with Big 4 consulting firms or global system integrators. - Willingness to travel and engage with global teams and clients.
