About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Content Creator to join our team in Bangalore. This individual will be responsible for crafting compelling marketing materials, with a strong focus on video content. The ideal candidate will have expertise in video creation tools like Pictory, Canva, and Figma, along with a proven track record of delivering high-quality marketing assets.


Position: Marketing Content Creator

Location: Bangalore (On-site, no flexibility)

Experience Level: 3+ years

Salary: Up to ₹10 LPA

Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Design, Communication, or related field)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:
  • Develop engaging marketing videos tailored for various platforms (social media, ads, presentations).
  • Design visually appealing graphics, infographics, and promotional materials.
  • Video Expertise:
  • Leverage tools like Pictory to create innovative and impactful videos.
  • Edit and enhance video content to align with brand guidelines.
  • Graphic Design:
  • Use Canva and Figma for designing marketing collateral, mockups, and branding materials.
  • Portfolio Management:
  • Maintain and update a portfolio of created content to showcase past work and expertise.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing and design teams to align content with strategic goals.
  • Brand Consistency:
  • Ensure all content maintains the company’s tone, style, and visual identity.
  • Workflow Management:
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of raw video drafts for timely submission to video artists.
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure all drafts meet technical standards, are visually engaging, and reflect exceptional creative quality.
  • Stay Updated:
  • Keep up with the latest trends in AI video tools, editing techniques, and digital storytelling.


Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
  2. 2+ years of experience in content creation and marketing, with a focus on video production.
  3. Expertise in tools such as Pictory, Canva, Figma, and other design/video editing software.
  4. A strong portfolio showcasing high-quality marketing videos and designs.
  5. Exceptional creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
