Description :Role : AI Engineer.Mode : Full time.Location : Bangalore.Work type : Work from office 5 days.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and implement machine learning models and other algorithms to solve business problems.- Design, build, and maintain scalable AI systems and infrastructure.- Collaborate with architects, data engineers, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into products and services.- Conduct data analysis and preprocessing to ensure high-quality input for AI models.- Monitor and optimize the performance of AI models and systems, making adjustments as needed.- Stay updated with the latest developments in AI and machine learning technologies and incorporate them into ongoing projects.- Troubleshoot and debug AI-related issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams.- Document AI solutions, processes, and findings to ensure knowledge sharing and reproducibility.- Ensure the ethical use of AI technologies and compliance with industry standards.- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.Qualifications :- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI and machine learning models.- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java is required.- Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.- Understanding of data preprocessing techniques and tools.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data.- Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest AI advancements.- Familiarity with ethical considerations and best practices in AI development.- Relevant certifications in Data, ML, Software, or cloud platforms are a plus.- Fluency in English (equivalent to C1 or higher).
