Assistant Facility Manager

  • Responsible for managing and maintaining electromechanical/utilities services at the site.
  • Collaborate with the technician team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle monthly billing and prepare reports.
  • Address technical complaints and provide support to vendors.
  • Review the work of subordinate staff and offer guidance as needed.
  • Coordinate with AMC/CMC service providers for regular and breakdown maintenance activities.
  • Prepare monthly reading sheets with occupants and ensure proper documentation using check-sheets and logbooks.
  • Conduct equipment calibrations and environmental testing.
  • Handle asset control and documentation, including logbooks and machine history cards.
  • Ensure all operational and safety procedures are properly followed.
  • Inspect and approve staff work performance.
  • Demonstrate leadership and training to staff.
  • Communicate effectively to staff.
