Objective:


The FP&A Manager will play a crucial role in the financial planning and analysis activities, working closely with leadership team & other stakeholders and will contribute to the development and execution of financial plans, forecast and analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecast and long-range financial plans
  • Analyse financial data, trends and performance metrics to provide insights and recommendation to management.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes and audits.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business initiatives, investments and scenarios.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs, validate assumptions and prepare reports and analytics.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly revenue analysis report channel wise, category wise and region wise with variance and Goly analysis including impact of channel mix and category mix.
  • Perform analysis on product margin and channel margin to improve profitability.
  • Prepare monthly product cost analysis for every channel and categories, compare with budgeted numbers and provide insights for variances.
  • Share monthly variance analysis report on channel expenses and common expenses with reasons for variances.
  • Prepare competitors analysis deck every quarter and share business insights.
  • Utilizing BI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance.
  • Reviewing existing processes and procedures to develop recommendation for improvement/automation. Develop dashboard reporting for key performance areas.


Essential Qualification & Skills:


  • CA Semi qualified or any one group cleared with a minimum 5 years’ experience.
  • Previous experience in FP&A role working in Apparel / Retail / FMCG companies will be preferred.
  • Significant analytical skillset, including utilization of BI tool.
  • Expert in advanced MS Excel and power point
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills demonstrating the ability to understand key financial drivers of the business.
  • Hands on specialist with eye for detail
  • Collaborate with the System, Customers and Key Stakeholders
  • Strong drive for results
