We are looking for someone who will be responsible for developing, experimenting with, and implementing multi-channel marketing strategies, while managing substantial budgets and driving impactful campaigns. What you will work on:
- Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with company goals and consistent messaging.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.
- Oversee content creation (copywriting, design, video) to effectively tell the brand's story.
- Conduct market research to refine strategies based on consumer behavior and trends.
- Manage PR efforts, including press releases, media relations, and events to maintain a positive brand image.
- Define brand positioning and messaging that resonates with the target audience.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Plan and manage marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
- Monitor KPIs to measure success and adjust strategies as needed.
- Design and manage campaigns across WhatsApp, email, and social media using CleverTap.
The ideal candidate:
- Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies for the BFSI and lending sectors.
- Strong communication skills for creating compelling content and messaging.
- Creative mindset for innovative campaigns and brand initiatives in financial services.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and market trends using tools like Mixpanel and GA4.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, with experience targeting financial audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and trends in BFSI and lending.
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Prior experience in BFSI or lending marketing is a plus.
- Understanding of regulations, compliance, and ethical considerations in financial marketing.
Qualification and Experience:
- MBA from a reputed institute (preferred).
- 4+ years in a marketing, growth, or strategy role, with a proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns and rebranding efforts.
- Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools like CleverTap, Mixpanel, GA4, etc.
