Position :DevOps – Kubernetes Architect Location : Bangalore/Noida/Gurgoan/Pune/Hyderabad/Indore Experience : 12-17 Years Budget : 45-50 LPA Work Mode: Hybrid Notice Period : Immediate / 15 Days MaxKey Responsibilities:Design and implement DevOps solutionsthat automate software delivery pipelines and infrastructure provisioning. Architect and maintain scalableKubernetes clustersto manage containerized applications across multiple environments. LeverageDockerto build, deploy, and manage containerized applications in development, staging, and production environments. Optimize and secureLinux-based environmentsfor application performance, reliability, and security. Collaborate with development teams to implementCI/CD pipelinesusing tools likeJenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or similar . Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance, security, and availability through effectivemonitoring and logging solutions(e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack). Automate configuration management and system provisioning tasks on-premise environments. Implement security best practices and compliance measures, including secrets management, network segmentation, and vulnerability scanning. Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers and promote best practices in DevOps, automation, and cloud-native architecture. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and evolving DevOps tools and technologies to continuously improve systems and processes.Required Skills and Experience:10+ years of experiencein IT infrastructure, DevOps, or systems engineering. Strong experience withLinux systems administration(Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS). 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetesin production environments, including managing and scaling clusters. Extensive knowledge ofDockerfor building, deploying, and managing containers. Proficiency withCI/CD toolssuch asJenkins, GitLab CI, Bamboo , or similar. Familiarity withmonitoring and loggingsolutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, etc.). Strong understanding ofnetworking, security best practices , and cloud-based security solutions. Hands-on experience with scripting and automation tools likeBash, Python Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Experience withGitor other version control systems.Good to have Skills: Experience withservice mesh technologies(e.g., Istio, Linkerd) andAPI gateways . Familiarity withcontainer security toolssuch asAqua Security, Twistlock , or similar. Familiarity withKafka ,RabbitMQ, SOLR
