The ideal candidate will architect ultra-low latency network solutions tailored forregulated financial environments , driving innovation, resilience, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Leadend-to-end ACI architecture , fabric design, migration, and multi-site deployments. DefineACI policy models , multi-tenancy, segmentation, and integrate withsecurity and load-balancing ecosystems . GovernACI lifecycle management , SDN roadmap, micro-segmentation strategy, and automation frameworks ( Python / API / Ansible ). Act as thefinal escalation pointfor critical network incidents in high-frequency trading environments. Ensurefabric resilience ,disaster recovery design ,zero-downtime change governance , andregulatory audit compliance . Collaborate withCIO, Cybersecurity, and Platform Headsto align network strategies with business continuity goals. Leadcapacity planning ,performance tuning ,latency optimization , and proactivefault analyticsusing NAE/APIC insights. Engage withOEMs and stakeholdersfor technology refresh, RFP evaluations, andstrategic network modernizationinitiatives. MentorL2/L3 operations teams , providing architectural direction and technical governance. Technical & Leadership Requirements 16+ yearsof experience inData Center & Network Architecture , with provenCisco ACI fabric leadership . Expertise inVXLAN EVPN ,APIC policy abstraction models , andmulti-site architecture . Experience inBFSIorstock exchange-grade networkswithultra-low latency and strict SLA environments . Strong exposure toautomation ,API-driven operations ,ITIL processes , andfabric security segmentation . Demonstrated leadership inengineering governance ,RCA approvals , anddesign sign-offs . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills for executive-level collaboration. Preferred Certifications CCIE Data Center / Cisco ACI Expert-Level Certification / DCACI ITIL ExpertorTOGAF / Architecture Governance Certifications(Preferred)
