Job Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified Vice Principal for an ICSE school located in Bangalore. This senior-level, full-time position requires a candidate with strong leadership skills and experience in educational administration. The Vice Principal will support the school's mission by overseeing school operations and ensuring adherence to ICSE board regulations.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in formulating strategic plans that align with the school's goals and the ICSE curriculum framework.
  • Oversee day-to-day school operations, ensuring a conducive learning environment and upholding high educational standards.
  • Implement and monitor policies to comply with ICSE board regulations and guidelines.
  • Lead initiatives for curriculum development and instructional improvement to enhance student learning experiences.
  • Evaluate student and teacher performance, providing feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Foster a positive school culture by promoting collaboration between faculty, students, and parents.
  • Address parent concerns effectively, maintaining transparent and constructive communication channels.
  • Support the Principal in administrative duties and serve as acting head in their absence when required.



Qualifications and Skills

  • Master's Degree in relevant field with B.Ed/M.Ed(Mandatory)
  • Minimum 2 to 5 yrs in Leadership role as Vice-Principal
  • Demonstrated expertise in educational leadership, essential for guiding school initiatives effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Thorough understanding of ICSE board regulations to ensure compliance and maintain educational standards (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven capability in school operations management, including budgeting and resource allocation (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in curriculum development to drive academic programs that meet or exceed educational benchmarks.
  • Skilled in evaluating student performance, utilizing data to improve student outcomes and teaching strategies.
  • Competency in faculty management, including teacher training and professional development, to enhance instructional quality.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills to address and resolve student, parent, or staff issues amicably.
  • Strong communication skills to engage with parents, providing updates and forging partnerships for student success.
