Inviting applications from experienced BA's who will be responsible for analyzing an organization's needs and developing solutions to business problems. This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, conducting detailed analysis, and ensuring that solutions align with business objectives. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders, including management, IT teams, and external vendors, to facilitate the successful implementation of projects.

Key Responsibilities :

Requirements Gathering :


- Collect and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows

Analysis and Documentation :

- Analyze and model existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

- Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRD) and functional requirement specifications (FRS).

- Create use cases, user stories, and other documentation to communicate requirements.

Solution Design :

- Collaborate with development teams to design solutions that meet business needs.

- Participate in the design, development, testing, and implementation of solutions.

- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.

Stakeholder Management :

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders to ensure project success.

- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.

Testing and Validation :

- Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate sign-off from stakeholders.

- Identify and document defects, and work with development teams to resolve them.

Continuous Improvement :

- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions.

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend enhancements.

- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience :

- 5-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

- Proven track record of successful project delivery and business analysis.

Skills :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SWOT analysis, BPMN, UML).

- Experience with project management software (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and office software (e.g., MS Office, Visio).

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications :

Certifications :

- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or other relevant certifications.

Technical Skills :

- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis tools.

- Experience with ERP and CRM systems.

Soft Skills :

- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to adapt to changing business environments and manage ambiguity.
