Required Skills:
Design, develop and implement business intelligence solutions for the organization helping to build infrastructure and tools required to support and improve the business and achieve data reporting and analysis goals. Participate in client discussions during requirement gathering, development and post-production stages as required and helping them with technology decisions to be made during the course of time. Should be willing to drive the customer discussions for the projects as required. 4+ years of experience in delivering business intelligence and Analytical solutions. You should have good hands-on experience on Dimensional modeling for DWs. Develop reports, dashboards scorecards, data exploration, and visual analytics using existing and emerging technologies and tools. You must have worked with Reporting, visualization and Data tools Qlik Sense / Qlikview/Tableau/ /Cognos/Oracle/ Snowflake/Redshift). Good experience in writing SQLs . Experience in database and BI Migration projects. Should have experience in all phases of the project - Requirement gathering, Estimation, Project Planning, Execution, Go-live and support. Work closely with business stakeholder, data analyst and data engineering team to perform data transformation, strong ability to troubleshoot, resolve data issues, test and validate data flow and reports. HealthCare domain related Business knowledge. Process oriented with great documentation skills. Keep informed concerning best practices, recommendations and training on concepts to team members. Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service. Ability to organize and lead meetings with business and operational data owners.
