Leonid Group as been retained by a leading manufacturing company in the search for an experienced IT Audit Senior Manager.

This is a strategic role where you'll play a crucial part in ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, minimizing risk, and upholding strong governance across the organization's IT landscape.

Working closely with IT, audit teams, and external stakeholders, you'll help maintain excellence in cybersecurity, compliance, and IT controls. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Cybersecurity & Compliance, you'll contribute to optimizing internal processes and ensuring systems meet the highest industry standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement IT audit policies and procedures.
  • Lead audits and risk assessments to evaluate IT control effectiveness.
  • Conduct IT security audits (network, OS, data centers) and system implementation reviews.
  • Ensure controls are built into projects from the start.
  • Oversee internal and external audit resources.
  • Collaborate with IT and external auditors on SOX (ICFR) compliance.
  • Prepare audit reports, findings, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement in audit methodology and leverage tech for efficiency.
  • Support M&A due diligence and integration activities.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • CISA preferred, ideally with Big Four experience.
  • 5+ years in IT audit or SOX compliance in a large company or audit firm.
  • Deep knowledge of IT controls, including access management, change management, and IT operations.
  • Familiarity with SOC1/2/3 reports, security frameworks, and ERP systems (Oracle/SAP).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel ~20% (domestic and international).
