Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong understanding of Agile principles and practical experience in implementing Scrum frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of serving as a true Scrum Master, focusing on facilitating, coaching, and supporting teams without overstepping into technical roles.

·       Act as a servant leader and coach for one or more Agile teams.

·       Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) and ensure their effectiveness.

·       Guide teams in Agile practices, helping them embrace and apply the Scrum framework.

·       Work with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is clear, prioritized, and ready for development.

·       Remove impediments or guide the team to remove them to ensure a smooth workflow.

·       Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging open feedback and iterative progress.

·       Protect the team from external interruptions and distractions to maintain focus and productivity.

·       Build strong relationships with development teams, stakeholders, and leadership to promote collaboration.

·       Monitor team performance and progress, providing insights to enhance efficiency and delivery.

·       Expert in DevOps Administration and organization as well. Queries, Reporting, adding, and deleting fields, clean up and its impact on the overall picture.

·       5+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.

·       Deep understanding of the Scrum framework, Agile principles, and best practices.

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.

·       Excellent facilitation skills, capable of managing group dynamics and conflict resolution.

·       Experience in building trust-based relationships with development teams and stakeholders.

·       Ability to identify and address challenges in team dynamics and productivity effectively.

·       Familiarity with Agile tools such as Azure Devops, Jira, Trello, or equivalent.

·       Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly preferred.

·       Experience in working with distributed or cross-functional teams.

·       Exposure to scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus.

·       A mindset focused on servant leadership and continuous learning.

·       A true Scrum Master who prioritizes team success over personal technical expertise.
