TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER

We seek a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and oversee web and mobile application development projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. This role requires a deep understanding of web and mobile application technologies, agile methodologies, and effective communication to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

- Lead project execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.

- Manage and mentor a team of developers, designers, and QA specialists.

- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment, promoting open communication and knowledge sharing.

- Provide technical guidance and expertise in web and mobile application development.

- Review and approve technical designs, ensuring they meet project requirements and industry best practices.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in web and mobile development, integrating

relevant advancements into project plans.

- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.

- Facilitate meetings, presentations, and status reports to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.

- Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve project outcomes.

- Implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet high standards.

- Identify and mitigate project risks, developing contingency plans as needed.

- Conduct thorough testing and validation of web and mobile applications before deployment.

- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

- Monitor project expenditures and adjust resource allocations to stay within budget.

- Negotiate contracts with vendors and third-party service providers.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree

preferred.

- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Technical Project Manager in web and mobile application development.

- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in web and mobile technologies.

- Experience in Open Source CMSes, Pimcore and eCommerce Applications.

- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira, Trello).

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and best practices.

- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master) is a plus.
