We support clients across India through structured 1-on-1 coaching programs, guided recovery frameworks, and data-informed education.Our mission is to bring credibility, structure, and professionalism to men’s performance coaching.Role DescriptionWe are hiring a clinically trained health professional to work directly with clients in a coaching capacity.In this role, you will be trained in our internal performance framework and will guide clients through their transformation journey using blood reports, lifestyle data, and structured coaching systems.This is a non-diagnostic, non-prescriptive role focused on education, interpretation, and coaching.This position focuses on interpreting hormonal, metabolic, and nutritional health data, identifying physiological patterns, and supporting our coaching team with evidence-based insights. QualificationsStrong Analytical Skills and a problem-solving mindset to assess and interpret health data.Proficiency in Research and knowledge of medicine-related topics relevant to men’s health.Effective Communication skills to relay insights and collaborate across teams.Project Management skills to handle multiple client cases and ensure smooth execution of health programs.Ability to work independently, demonstrate empathy, and maintain client confidentiality.Educational background in healthcare, clinical psychology, medicine, or a related scientific field is preferred.Familiarity with lifestyle coaching or behavioral health interventions is a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary coach for assigned clients throughout the program.Review and interpret client blood reports, including hormonal, metabolic, and nutritional markers.Explain lab findings to clients in a clear, calm, and confidence-building manner.Guide clients through structured lifestyle, stress, and performance interventions based on internal frameworks.Track client progress, adherence, and outcomes over the program duration.Escalate red-flag lab values and recommend medical referral when appropriate.Maintain professional documentation and follow internal coaching SOPs.Who We Are Looking For:Candidates with a clinical or health-science background, such as:BAMS / BHMS / BUMSClinical Nutrition (MSc / BSc)Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT)PharmD / Biochemistry / EndocrinologyFunctional health practitioners with lab interpretation experienceYou do not need prior coaching experience — we will train you.Ideal Candidate TraitsComfortable interpreting blood reportsCalm, articulate, and client-facingInterested in lifestyle-based, root-cause health approachesOpen to structured coaching systems and SOPsHigh ethical standards and respect for boundariesWhy Join Bedroom MasteryApply your clinical knowledge in a real-world, high-impact roleStructured systems, clear boundaries, no medical liabilityWork with motivated clients in a premium coaching environmentLong-term growth with a scaling brand
