We are expanding aggressively and looking for a driven Franchise Manager to manage franchise lead generation, first-level interactions, and conversion into successful partners.Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound franchise leads. Make thefirst callto prospective investors and provide a detailed brand briefing. Conductregular follow-upswith prospects to move them through the franchise acquisition process. Share brand decks, proposals, and financial models with potential partners. Maintain CRM / lead trackers with updated follow-up status. Coordinate meetings between investors and senior management. Support in closing franchise deals by addressing queries and guiding prospects. Ensure a smooth handover to the operations team post-deal closure.Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in franchise sales, business development, or F&B/retail expansion. Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Hindi preferred). Ability to confidently interact with investors and business owners. Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with follow-up-driven roles. Willingness to travel when required.
