Key Responsibilities : - Develop and implement AI and automation solutions using Python and related technologies.- Build RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems for knowledge retrieval and advanced AI applications.- Design and implement computer vision models for image and video analysis.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define AI use cases and integrate solutions into business workflows.- Optimize machine learning models for accuracy, scalability, and performance.- Participate in the full AI development lifecycle : data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.- Develop and maintain AI automation pipelines, including testing and monitoring production models.- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in AI, machine learning, and automation.- Document AI/ML processes, code, and workflows for knowledge sharing and reproducibility.Technical Skills Required : - Strong expertise in Python and AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.- Hands-on experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks.- Proficiency in computer vision techniques, tools, and frameworks (OpenCV, YOLO, etc.- Knowledge of NLP, deep learning, and reinforcement learning is a plus.- Experience in automation tools, pipelines, and deployment frameworks.- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI/ML workloads is preferred.Experience : - Minimum 5+ years of experience in AI development, machine learning, or automation engineering.- Proven experience in designing and deploying AI models in production environments.- Hands-on experience with computer vision and retrieval-based AI systems.Education : - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.- Certifications in AI, machine learning, or computer vision are a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
