The person will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and profitable operation of branch activities.Job Descriptions (Key Responsibilities) Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the branch. Implement company policies, procedures, and standards. Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management. Set goals and monitor team productivity. Supervise, motivate, and evaluate staff performance. Train and mentor employees; handle recruitment with HR. Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality. Resolve customer complaints or escalations efficiently. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and new customer development. Identify local market opportunities and expand client base business Agri Commodities. Promote services/products of the company to increase revenue. Prepare and manage branch budgets and expense controls. Monitor financial performance and profitability of the branch. Ensure the branch complies with legal, quality, and safety standards. Maintain proper documentation and reporting Conduct audits or self-inspections as needed. Coordinate with HO different departments. Submit regular reports to regional or corporate office.
