Job Summary:

This role requires a motivated and proactive professional who can take ownership of digital marketing activities, inspire their team, and deliver outstanding results for clients. The Digital Marketing Lead will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth through innovative and effective digital strategies.


Key Responsibilities:


1. SEO Management

 Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.

Oversee the SEO team, providing suggestions and guidance to ensure tasks are executed efficiently and in alignment with client goals.

Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, prepare SEO reports, and address client queries related to organic performance.


2. Paid Advertising

Manage and monitor Google Ads campaigns for internal and external businesses, ensuring optimal performance and ROI.

Handle Instagram post boosts and other paid campaigns for social media platforms to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Optimise campaigns based on analytics and data-driven insights to achieve client objectives.


3. Email Marketing (EDM)

Coordinate with the design team to create compelling email marketing campaigns.

Use platforms like Mailchimp to set up, test, and launch email campaigns, ensuring all client requirements are met.

Monitor campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to continuously improve results.


4. Client Communication and Reporting

Regularly interact with clients to provide updates on campaign performance, answer queries, and address any concerns.

Prepare and deliver detailed reports on SEO, EDM, and paid advertising performance, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.


5. Team Leadership and Collaboration

Provide clear guidance and task prioritization for the SEO and content teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.

Act as the primary point of contact for team members, offering support and resolving issues as needed.

Collaborate with internal teams such as design and development to align marketing efforts with client expectations.



Key Skills and Competencies:


Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, Google Ads, and email marketing platforms like Mailchimp.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into actionable strategies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client management and team collaboration.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, and SEO reporting tools.



Educational and Experience Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in SEO, paid advertising, and email marketing.

Experience in team leadership and client management is highly desirable.
