KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Execution:
- Hand-on experience in executing day-to-day activities within the payroll accounting, Payouts, and General Ledger processes, following the established procedures and guidelines. Deep understanding of payroll systems, and a keen eye for detail. Manage payroll accounting activities, including reconciliation of payroll accounts and general ledger entries.
Support Process Improvements:
- Collaborate with the Global Shared Service Centre HR team to identify areas for process improvement in the Employee Payable processes. Assist in maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Turnaround Times (TATs) for payouts, ensure accuracy.
Month-End Support:
- Assist in month-end closing activities, ensure timely closer of respective GL such as and BS schedule preparations. Provide tax related report comprising to Payroll related GLs.
Banking Assistance:
- Support banking activities related to employee’s payments, as well ensure funds requirements.
Audit Support:
- Provide support during internal and statutory audits by assisting in data retrieval, documentation, and compliance-related tasks.
Process Participation:
- Actively participate in new initiatives and process improvement projects, offering input and assistance as needed to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Payroll accounting and reporting handling activities.
- Qualification: B Com/ BBA/ MBA or Equivalent qualification knowledge of general accounting and AP modules, reconciliations
- Experience: Minimum 6-7 Years of work experience in a centralized setup environment handling Payroll accountings and reporting, Preferable for e-commerce or Retail sector.
- Systems tool Work Experience: Oracle /Other ERP/ MS Dynamic/ Strong experience in handling MS Excel. Proficiency with payroll software and systems.
- Language Proficiency: English/ Arabic (will be an advantage). Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
