Job Description :


We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with 1 to 3 years experience candidate to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in facilitating the successful execution of projects by assisting in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities.


Your primary responsibility will be to ensure effective communication among team members, track project progress, and support project managers in delivering high-quality results. Strong English communication skills are essential for this role, along with familiarity with project management tools such as Jira and experience in basic client :

- Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities.

- Facilitate communication among team members to ensure clarity of project goals, tasks, and deadlines.

- Maintain project documentation and records, including project plans, meeting minutes, and status reports.

- Monitor project progress and track tasks to ensure timely completion.

- Utilize project management tools such as Jira or similar platforms to create and manage tasks, user stories, and sprints.

- Coordinate team meetings, workshops, and reviews, and ensure that action items are documented and followed up on.

- Assist in resource allocation and tracking team hours to ensure optimal utilization of resources.

- Prepare regular status reports and updates for project stakeholders.

- Support project managers in identifying and mitigating risks and issues.

- Assist in basic client communication, including gathering requirements, providing project updates, and addressing client inquiries.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role.

- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira or similar platforms.

- Familiarity with basic project management principles and methodologies.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Experience in tracking team hours and generating basic project reports.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.

Additional Information :

This position requires strong English communication skills, as the Project Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating communication among team members and interacting with clients. Candidates should also have experience using project management tools such as Jira and be comfortable with basic project management tasks, including tracking team hours and generating reports.
