  • Corporate Governance: Oversee corporate governance structures and ensure compliance with legal frameworks governing the organization.
  • Policy Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of internal policies and procedures that align with legal standards and promote best practices across the company.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with different departments such as finance, HR, and operations to provide integrated legal solutions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise with external legal advisors, regulators, and government authorities on various legal matters.


Qualifications & Skills:

Education: LLB or equivalent legal qualification; LLM is a plus.

Experience: 6-10 years of experience as a corporate lawyer, preferably with exposure to both in-house legal teams and law firms.

Expertise:

  • Strong knowledge of corporate law, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance.
  • Familiarity with corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and restructuring.

Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to handle complex legal issues and provide clear, practical advice.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
