The ideal candidate will have deep expertise inOTBI/OBIEE, Oracle XML Publisher, SQL, Oracle BI Publisher, and PL/SQL . Experience in theCards & Payments domainwill be an added advantage. This role requires strong technical, analytical, and collaboration skills, along with the ability to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.Key Responsibilities Develop and maintainOracle Cloud HCMsolutions usingOTBI/OBIEEto meet business requirements. Design and implement complex reports usingOracle XML PublisherandBI Publisher . Collaborate withcross-functional teamsto gather, analyze, and implement system enhancements. OptimizeSQL queriesandPL/SQL scriptsfor improved system performance and data accuracy. Ensuredata integrity, security, and complianceacross all Oracle applications. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Cloud HCM. Providetechnical support, mentorship,and guidance to junior developers and stakeholders. Participate incode reviewsand contribute to process improvement initiatives. Stay updated withemerging Oracle technologiesand best practices. Create and maintaintechnical documentation, design specs, and user guides . Conducttesting, validation, and deploymentof new features to ensure high-quality deliverables. Work closely withbusiness analyststo understand and address user requirements effectively.Required Qualifications Strong hands-on experience in: Oracle Cloud HCM OTBI / OBIEE Oracle XML Publisher Oracle BI Publisher SQL and PL/SQL Proven ability to develop and maintain complex Oracle applications. Expertise inOracle reporting toolsand data visualization. Strongproblem-solving, analytical, and debuggingskills. Excellentcommunication and teamworkcapabilities. Proactive learner with the ability toadapt to new technologiesquickly.
