Position: Senior production manager for BOPP printing film plant

We are seeking an experienced BOPP Printing Engineer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in BOPP printing and will be responsible for overseeing the printing processes, ensuring quality control, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage BOPP printing operations to ensure high-quality output.

Maintain and troubleshoot printing equipment to minimize downtime.

Implement and monitor quality control measures.

Collaborate with the production team to optimize printing processes.

Develop and implement standard operating procedures for printing.

Train and mentor junior staff on best practices and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Printing Technology/Engineering Minimum of 5 years of experience in BOPP printing.

Strong understanding of BOPP film properties, its types ,printing techniques, and quality.

Proficiency in operating and maintaining printing machinery. Thorough knowledge of machine selection and installation.

Knowledge of detailed cost estimation for materials, labour, and overheads in the context of a BOPP printing process. problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
